My post lifting workout brunch! Wild caught salmon with sautéed onions and chopped asparagus. Also, my carbs are broiled sweet potatos!


Today, I squatted 5 sets of 5 165 pounds and benched 5 sets of 5 75 pounds.  Plus, additional ab work and dead lifts of 135 pounds!
